DETAILS ABOUT THE PROGRAM

CNA PROGRAM

 Our Nurse Aide  training program is a 3-6 week hybrid program that consists of 30 classroom hours completed online  & 75 hours of on-site clinicals. 

Program Schedule You can choose to complete the program  from 3 weeks to 8 weeks 

• Start Date: Open enrollment weekly on Mondays

• End Date: 3–6 weeks from start

• Registration Deadline: 3 weeks before planned start date

• Week 1:

• – Complete 30-hour online modules.

• – Attend 1–2 days of in-person skills check-offs (schedule is flexible).

• Weeks 2–3:

• – Attend 40 hours of clinical and lab training.

• Note: Clinicals at your workplace require prior approval. There can be a delay in scheduling clinicals depending on facility availability. 

Example: If you wish to start on Monday May 6, 2025. The last date to register would be: 04/15/2025

Registration Requirements

• Entrance Exam: Pass a basic reading and math test.

• Entrance Fee: $450 (non-refundable). Must be paid before taking the entrance exam.

• Payment Plan: Full balance must be paid before the last day of clinicals.

Hybrid students work at their own pace  on-line through the classroom portion, but are required to come in weekly for skills check-offs and will attend clinicals per schedule.

Requirements for CNA Certification

Who Can Become a CNA?

These are all the requirements for nursing assistant program certification.

New Applicants
  • Complete a 105-hour state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program and competency evaluation.
  • Minimum age: 18, with a high school diploma or GED.

Current CNA in another state with no complaints and pass the competency evaluation exam.

Enrolled in a nursing program and passed Fundamentals of Nursing with a ‘C’ or better.

Graduated within the last 2 years, complete Fundamentals of Nursing, and pass the evaluation.
